Yep, looks like you got AF and thyroid issues (they usually go hand-n-hand).

Did you have a lot of stress, anxiety, emotional traumas leading up and right before your AF? If so, the cause of your AF and other problems is what's called Amygdala Hijack. Go to youtube and check out Gupta retraining and The Linden Method. (both Brits!)

Diet wise, I'm a proponent of the Palieo "caveman" diet and gluten-free. It's how man ate until technology came along and screwed us all up.

Looks like you need to use more Sea Salt .
