Using one of the programs to clean up the body will do you a lot of good. You have been doing this but it is more effective to use one of these programs. Several are featured on the Liver Flush Support Forum - Hulda Clark , Moritz, Dr. Schultze's. It would be a good idea to be tested for Celiac Disease (a gluten sensitivity) as one of the diagnostic signs is white plaque on the tongue along with maladsorbtion of fats, vitamins and minerals. A test for Lyme Disease may show whether it is a problem.

The tendency to develop Celiac Disease is inherited and many people not understanding that gluten is causing their problems do eat unhealthily, use alcohol and tobacco because it feels like that calms the symptoms. Some people who choose not to have the tests go on a strict gluten-free diet and notice great improvement in their health tho using programs such as the above will speed up recovery.
