Certainly so. I think I was born with a low constitution.
Even in my 20's I was feeling overwelmed by working full time. I also over exercised to keep my trim figure. And, again I did not eat healthy. Ate mostly salads, small portions or others, not enough protein or good fats and I went on benges of Sugar laden foods, which led me into hypoglycemis at age 27- being severely sick. Hypoglycemia alone causes more stress to the body and adrenals.

But, than some people have a more relaxed laid back life style attitude> I did only to a small extent. I loved life, dating, snow skiing, mountain hiking. Than one by one each stress physical and emotional took its toll on me. Being married to a highway patrolman, moving 13 times, 4 surgeries, contracting viral spinal mennegitus, deaths of my father, grandmother and dog all in 2 years.
I'm sure we all have our stories.
