Ya I've started yucca root 1 week ago based on a post of yours : )
And licorice is in my Liver formula (Stone Free)

I've heard so many conflicting things on DE.

With the shape my gut is in what if DE (being as sharp as it is) chops up or cuts my gut making things worse?

Too many people have told me to proceed with caution.
