its been 18 days i started said Japanese treatment, its going great. got less EC on my bottom lip. peeling cycle exists but healthy/normalized skin is coming out.

got a holiday till august, away from friends and work. so glad i took time off to do this, cos i cant go out to socialize with this lip (no balm used). but i may get back to normal life after few months, free from EC.

i was a believer of diets and healthy eating to cure EC, i tried different diets, none worked.

i came to realize its about lips needing be normalized, moisturizing by balms/ointments/medical creams won't heal it, but it makes it hard to be healed.
