I think it's awesome that everyone is at least trying to find natural methods. How did you do?

I had 4 small strokes that went unnoticed in the interior parietal lobes (2 each side) and then the Pons stroke, which has left me hemiplegic... working to regain movement and memory.

This and a book I came across yesterday have inspired me!
