I am referring to the folks here at the forum.
Increasing one drop per day is a good plan; some do this, others jump to 50-100 mg right away; both strategies work.

When you hit the dosage where your body starts detoxing, it is time to adjust; take breaks or even increase the dosage for a while.
This is so individual so I cant say exactly; but if you post your experiences here at the forum we will help you along.
