This time Uny, I sorta jumped the gun with my post (posting my reaction to one pill... I've heard you speak of that before) and I knew what I was doing... I've just been having so much fun reading Dr Christophers book that I really wanted to know how to exchange herbs for others in a formula. I knew that maybe it was the broth, but it felt like an opportunity to learn (and to be creative). Anyhow... Thank you for prioritizing your response to me. Forgive me for taking up your precious time. I was hoping that I'd catch you first. Anyhow, I've been feeling quite a bit better (and much less desperately afraid of reactions) because feeling worse doesn't feel like I'm dying... There is some room there.

My plan right now is to continue with the LLB (even though it's causing the usual gas... Although less than the IF1) and work on replacing the triphalla and then (yay!) IF2! And then either a three cup kidney cleanse or a (some) coffee enema(s). Intermittent between all of that I plan on having some fun, making some art, working on my book, planting some plants, harvesting my garden, and worshipping lobelia!!!! Ha ha! I went to the nursery a few times and I kept passing this beautiful little plant and every time that I passed it I mentioned to my mom how lovely it is. Boy was I ecstatic when I discovered that it was lobelia. I've been reading and dreaming about it. It's gonna be in a painting.

So maybe I need to go to school to learn about herbs. I can't remember the last time that I was so in love with the information in a book. :)
