I would not call it a craving exactly. It is simply that when I don't take the second dose I feel really bad. The times I tried not to take it, I stuck it out as long as I could and finally took, and very soon felt a whole lot better. Breast discomfort was part of it but I had not previously anytime recently been having breast discomfort.
