I was taking 30 mg zinc with 2 mg copper. When I went to 60 mg zinc, I left the copper at 2 mg. Like everything, people vary in what they need. Hubby needs just 15 mg zinc with 2 mg copper and thrives that way. You'll want to avoid copper toxicity, yet there are enzyme systems that require it. You know the drill :)
