Hi WestLA,

LF has definitely helped me with sinus problems.I have already done 21 LFs but I experienced relief since the first few.I used to suffer with at least four sinus infections per year and had to take at least two to three courses of Antibiotics before getting rid of them .Since doing Lfs along with bowel cleansing and proper dietI haven't taken any Antibiotics in two years.So keep on flushing and don't forget to bowel cleanse.
