That was me that commented about the mitochondria. I'm constipated on low carb diet and totally fine not on the low carb diet.

I am going to be trying carnitine on the low carb diet. I'll let you know. In the autism world, it helps tremendously with constipation.

As an aside, I had my "DNA adducts" measured which measures toxins attached to your DNA and nickel was attached to my carnitine-transferase enzymen DNA. Maybe that is my problem.
