SWF failure. And rehydreated properly this morning, left it till first need to pee had passed then did SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) with exactly measured ratios of water/organic salt chrystals. Very frustrating.

I don't usually do the senna tea - 1 daily flush of the system seems enough and I take enough cayenne to be sure most things break down to where they need to be, and don't seem to be that toxic.

Went running yesterday for the first time in ages. Very unhappy with my fitness level. Only twice round the park by way of walks and runs! No good, no good! But at least I did it.

Time to do the same thing again tonight I think.
