Hello all, I have recently bought Lugols 2% in a desire to heal my thyroid. My symptoms seem to align with hypothyroid - depression, bad body heat, very low energy, always need naps, foggy thoughts, low drive...

There's been a lot of information and it's been hard sorting through it all.. I plan on taking my temperature every morning to see how I am progressing.. I was wondering if you feel it is necessary to supplement with Vitamin C and Selenium alongside the Iodine... if so, how much? From what I read I should take 2.5 vertical drops of the 2% Lugol's ...
