i am not sure that the benzo are the cause of your stomach problem. Could be many other thing. I have stomach problem and recently went back on klonopin to control the excitotoxicity a bit and I did not change nothing.

If u are trying to quit to quickly it could be causing your issue. The good way to do it seems to reduce dosage 1 % a day for like a 100 days. Anyways be carefull you dont want to mess up your nervous system.

Anxiety and stress + AF and other issues will mess up your stomach real good.

Also benzo usually do not excacerbate hypoglycemia , they might tend to help slow down your mind and your system. I am a major hypoglycemic and klonopin will give some symptoms relief.
