James, couple of questions regarding your stance on cellulase and hemicellulase:
1) If the enzymes were taken on an empty stomach wouldn't it then come down to a matter of "rate?" Meaning, do you really think the new fungal growth created by the breakdown of the filaments would keep pace with the destruction of the existing filaments? Doesn't it take a lot longer to grow, assuming the person doesn't eat sugar, flour etc.?
2) Let's say the overgrowth was in the upper small intestine which doesn't have a lot of flora to begin with. Couldn't someone take the enzymes on an empty stomach, then supplement a little while later with prebiotics, and even probiotics, and come out a net winner?
P.S. Thinking about getting your greens mix, looks pretty good--got it in stock?
