Ashwaganda it is. That answer made a lot of sense, and fits perfectly with my issues.

I know you recommend powder over tinctures. I think I'll go with that because I react to alcohol.

If I have digestive issues, wouldn't there be issues getting it into my body?

Also, what is the typical dose that I should work up to?
