I have read the whole manual and didnt skip anything. Summer for me is coming up, so I have two months off of school, which gives me some more time.... but I just got a new job and have a few camps and a family trip. I cant afford to give my life up for the program, and my mom isnt really accepting it. Everyone thinks I am crazy. Is there any way we can visit or talk? I dont know how far you are or if you give any other contact information out. I have been doing research a lot, and am seeing a lot of negative effects on people who have done any formulas or cleansing, and how they have gotten sick or havent felt well for a few weeks. Can these kinds of things negatively affect you?

I would love to get started asap!:) I obviously cant do it all at once, but if we come up with a customized protocol, that would be wonderful!
