Hi there Uny pal,

I just took my first capsule of Dr Christophers Lower Bowel Balance and have been peeing about every 20 minutes for the past two hours or so. :(

I just looked in "The School of Natural Healing" and it looks like a few of the herbs are diuretic. I guess I will start slow and just take one for a couple days and see how it goes, but the last thing I need is to pee MORE!

I realize that every herb in the formula is there for a reason, but I wonder if there might be other herbs that I could replace at least one of the diuretic herbs with that would also be cathartic and might have similar properties. I'm gonna look through my book and see if I can come up with a solution and run it by you before I try anything crazy.

Just an update for now, really, but if you have any of your "thoughts and thinks" I'd be down for some too.
