Just fyi. I have seen this flush referenced on CZ. I don't doubt she got out a lot of candida for herself, but it did not have that effect on me.

Now, I have been trying to kill candida (which I did not even suspect I had until I found out I was gluten sensitive, then decided to go checking) for about 3 months so maybe it is mostly all dead to begin with.

Whatever. The only effect it had on me is to make me very, very tired. (But then, I have been dieting, too.) It got out a handful of liver stones , but that is all that happens with olive oil flushes when I do them every 6 mos or so, since I already cleaned out about 2000 of them a couple of years ago.

I did not use Epsom Salts as I don't think they are good for one and never found them to be necessary with oo & orange juice liver cleanses.
