I hear ya! I'm one straw from the camel's back breaking. I sent her an email this morning and told her this:

"We both are suffering from burnout and it is affecting our health and our relationship.

Let's try to help each other heal. I don't know that venting is good when the other person
is suffering from the same thing you are. We need to vent to healthy people who can take it.

I want you to be healthy and I want to be healthy.

So here's to US!"


She has not been diagnosed with AF but she suffers from a multitude of similar and other ailments. He life is a mess. She is going through a divorce and at age 57 she is fearful.
She needs help but I've come to believe that most of us do.

Maybe it's not even a good idea to vent to healthy people.
Before long they will become like us!
