How's your progress going Beth?

Thanks for mentioning the Gupta retraining. Been learning about the Amygdala. I think that's my problem too. It's taken me in a new and possibly the right direction.

Saw my Chiro the other day and told him about all this. He started doing NET on me and is whipping up a special herbal adrenal tonic for me, consisting of adaptogen and calming herbs like Ashwagandha. Hopefully I'll get it today.
