Do you take probiotics? Very important for digestion, getting rid of the bad bacteria and putting in the good. You might also want to read Jordan Rubin's book The Great Physician's Rx to Health and Wellness. He almost died from Crohn's Disease (a stomach problem) and learned to eat properly and get the nutrition he needed to beat it.
