Carbs dont cause candida or are not even a big factor. Do you research. Candida is not an evil organism that prays on someone just waiting to eat up their sugar. Meat creates just as much glucose and energy.

I think too many people on here have this victim image of candida stuck in their head. I know how they feel because I used to be like this. The truth is we caused our condition and its our duty to get out of it and cure ourselves
