Great news your getting it out!
Celebrate you made the RIGHT decision!

If you have been feeling like this for over a year then getting it out is the only way to start feeling better. Its like when you get a sliver, a deep one, you don't want to get it out cause it might cause pain and there might be bleeding and pain after removal but it needs to come out! So it doesn't cause more problems, right? Sorry if you don't like the analogy. LOL Its what came to mind!

Everyone recovers in their own way and on their own time. I have found great help with a naturopath and a nutritionist and being very good to my body. The only thing I can tell you that is different after mirena was removed is you get good days, with merina in there wasn't any. (for me anyway) If you seek help for your hormone imbalance try to go natural. I think this month has been my best cause I am on a bio-identical hormone oral form that seems to have vanished my anxiety, my eyes are clearer, I don't have brain fog. I feel like my old self and this is the longest I have felt this way in a row. I only had one bad day and thought it was going to last longer like the month before I had about 2 weeks of bad days but no only 1 day! I can deal with that. The real test is around my period cause that is when I am at my worst so I am anxious, NO, Looking forward to see how it goes this time with the Nat. Progesteron. Advice I can give you is get on a good multi-vitamin, take a B12 complex, evening primerose oil. That got me over the fatigue when I first got it out.
This forum is awesome for support so just come on, on those bad days and we will try to encourage you.
