I forgot to add that I rebound on a mini trampoline which is huge for the endocrine system and the lymphatic system. Also, the Iodine salve is the bomb for putting on the painful breast!

And yes, I take tumeric as well.

Please, please tell your sister to research and to find a doctor that does thermography. I thought you mentioned you were on the east coast. The doctor in Long Island was a gyno for years and switched paths because he saw nobody was getting better. He is awesome and worth the drive if you can do it.

You are your own best doctor. Listen to your body and please try to stay away from the "cut, burn, poison" people!
