Have you tried going to a nutritionist? I don't know what all of your history is, and it sounds like you are seeing more than one doctor, but I'm wondering if a good nutritionist can help you with your food issues. Sounds like you're going through a rough time with this food stuff. I feel for you. I can relate to the teeth problems. I lost all my upper teeth in my 30's ... for no explainable reason. Now I know that hormone imbalances affect teeth and when you have teeth problems, it's a sign that something is off in your body. I assume you are working on hormone issues and you are on the right track trying to fix your nutritional health, so I hope you figure out how to get a handle on it and can enjoy some good foods.
By the way, I hope you are eating "organic" eggs from uncaged hens. They are so much better for you. And raw or close to raw is the best way to get all the nutrients. And if they are organic, there's even less risk of salmonella, which is much less of a concern even in regular eggs than most people realize.
I am a big fan of Dr. Mercola. If you haven't heard of him, check out his website and get on his newsletter mailing list at drmercola.com. He puts raw eggs in a protein shake he drinks every day. I might try that, but I do have eggs pretty much every day, sunny side up and a little on the runny side. Mercola believes we can eat a lot of eggs and not worry about cholesterol. Jordin Rubin (another healthy eating guru) believes eggs are probably the healthiest thing anyone could eat. They are packed with nutrients, particularly in the yoke, of course, which many people avoid unnecessarily. The first "real" food he gave his son after breast milk was an egg yoke. He wrote The Great Physician's Rx for Health and Wellness after almost dying from Crohn's disease.
Anyway, I really feel for you and, if you haven't seen a nutritionist and, hopefully a good one, I would suggest it.
