I hope you are not offended when I suggest getting Andreas Moritz ' book - the amazing liver cleance. Reading this, you will understand more about the liver and all the mechnisms involved in the body's function. Maybe you become in future at bit more cautious recommending for instance castor oil as a good substitute of other oils in your drink.
CASTOR OIL WORKS TOTALLY DIFFERENT FROM AL OTHER OILS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And people who use it innocently instead of olive oil or sesame oil will be greatly surprised about its effect, in particular if they attend business meeting for instance at this very moment.

I was sort of VERY amazed about your explanation how your cleanse works. Sorry, being a bit knowledgeable I had to shake my head on many occasions.

Furthermore: The effects you got with your receipe is only an indication how congested you were. After 42 cleanses with your drink is ist MORE CLEAR that still junk is coming out of the body. It is like sratching only the surface of the sky. It can take years to get a real clean colon.

I personally believe NOTHING is superior to a classic liver flush. This flush provides the conditions under those the liver can resume her function in a normal way because all of the 50.000 ducts in this organ are FREE again. Only if this is the case the liver is 1. able to detox properly and 2. to release enough bile into the small intestine so that the person can really benefit from the nutrients of the food. Read Andreas' book and you will begin to understand.

I think despite the drastic effects of castor oil it will NEVER keep up with a classic liver flush. The teacher I mentioned was susessful: Howevr, it took him 7 (in words seven) years and 250 castor oil applications to get rid of his depressions and his light allergy. Sorry, I am too impatient to work for such a long time on my health.

If you browse through this forum you will learn that liver flushers got results a lot quicker. Telman for instance is a walking example for this.
