When a person is convicted of a crime is that always based on emotion?

Sorry if you think I was calling you Dr. Spock. That was not my intention. I merely was trying to point out that every individual has emotions. Discounting said emotions is dishonest.

As far as you vague definition of "Conspiracy" Sites goes. Almost all sites are Conspiracy sites because...
that is the nature of existence and working with others. No matter how transparent people say they are being, there is nearly always information and communication that is not disclosed. If one thinks it is a harmful act that is up to them.
