Dear #32718, Thank you for your post :) I have a deep appreciation of your castor-oil approach and am already implimenting the castor oil ingredient in my flushes.

I suppose sometimes, even the best flush cannot restore a person's natural health and glow and perhaps sometimes a more nourishing method is needed. This is what I think the eggs accomplish. I don't know how old you are, but I am a fairly young person as well as being even younger at heart, but I am wise beyond my years. I simply share with the forum about my research, experience and results, which became evindent on a number of individuals around me and is becoming evindent even among the forum-readers. As the disclaimer on this forum states, you are on your own risk, when following any of the recommendations given here. I suppose if people wanted proven "cures" they would go to the medical doctors??? .... I wouldn't. Not to offend your profession and training, please don't take this personally. Some doctors are very nice people! European doctors in particular care about their patients much more than their US counterparts, where health care is just a cold, calculated industry.

Perhaps this is the reason why I have decided a loooooooooooong time ago, to take healing into my own hands. Nowadays, I only seek the advice and input of the wise and inquisitive people out there, regardless of their age, gender, race and professional status (even regardless of their looks). The truth is, sometimes, even the worst basketball players can be the best coaches, so I am mindful of that and do not judge peple by their looks. Many authors of health books are not good looking. In fact, most are not. I know none that look like models. I am glad I can personally practice what i prech and I think it shows, but i don't feel the need to have to show it.
