I wouldnt be exercising that hard if i was sick.  Strenous exercise can actually depress the immune system rather than build it.  Hard exercise requires a lot of energy from your body to rebuild the muscles etc...Hard exercise can also increase your metabolism and create more cravings. When I played baseball my appetite was out of control in the evening after a hard afternoon practice.

Not a whole lot of snack options with the candida diet. Occasionally i will do pork skins...but those are not exactly healthy. I try to only do those if i have a bad cravings for crunchies. My other snack is pumpkin seeds --those seem to agree with me ok on the candida diet. Although i can not do too much of them because they are mild diurectic and may cause a little muscle cramping.  Sometimes eating too much of one food-- almonds etc..can cause nutrient imbalances. But unfortunately for some of us were limited to a resticted amount of foods due to the candida and other health issues. I know macadamia nuts are very filling. But they are pricy and you might have to experiment with them to see if they agree with you or not. The candida diet is definetly a balancing act and can be very frustrating at times.

To avoid snacking you might have to add more good fats to your meals to keep your cravings down. Good plant fats=Palm oil, coconut oil, Olive oil. (if you can tolerate them)
