Yes, this helps a lot. I was wondering if any of you taylor the cleanse a little bit or if this must be adhered to closely. So far today I've eaten nothing but raw fruit and juices. Tomorrow I'll do it just like it says here, which seems to be just like the kidney cleanse diet goes, only with liver herbs instead.

So, does the big Liver Flush begin at [6 PM-ish] on the night of day 5 of the cleanse and nothing to eat besides 8 oz of citrus with 8 oz Extra-Virgin Olive-Oil during that 4 hours?

I'm getting this down pat and will help others with it later on, because I probably will need to repeat this many times for best results.
