Note from Uny - I feel you should (at the VERY MINIMUM) drink 4-6 cups of Kidney Tea daily while doing this cleanse (and the morning lemon/lime drink).  My recommendation is to do it as part of the full 5 Day Cleanse (doing this cleanse on days 2, 3 & 4).  We're talking about breaking up ROCKS in the soft flesh of the kidneys here (and possibly hardened mineral deposits throughout the soft tissue, as well).  Let's not make this any harder on our kidneys that it has to be, and be SURE to give them the support they need through this process :)
