Why did you even bother to make stupid ignorant fear mongering statements like this? You know absolutely NOTHING about any of this since it has never been a "diet" to begin with and there is really little to nothing that in 7 days coulda caused any damage to the degree this person is talking about and from a protocol that probably hundreds of thousand of people have greatly benefited from and have chronicled such benefits right here on this site.
