BTW: CHLORIDE is NOT active enough to displace iodine\dide.
It also won't displace any of the other halogens, the job of displacement is for Ascorbic Acid. Salt simply helps to push it all past the kidneys.
There is a war on against good Quality available Ascorbic Acid for a reason...
