-in quantity chloride is much more needed than bromide and also than iodine, I believe our body knows where to put what so to say; depending of having enough of both of course.
-bromide detox is known as a set of symptoms, I have not heard of any chloride detox in this context. You may search the Iodine docs; maybe they have a better explanation for you.

No; not exactly; I searched yesterday; most studies are done in a chemists lab and doesnt necessarily relate to whats actually happening in the human body.
- but I have taken loads of real salt; also before I took iodine, and have great benefits from it.
-so have my cases.
IMO you are chasing the wrong horse; but if my water was chlorinated (and/or fluorinated) I would of course not drink it.
