Try rinsing and gargling with Orithrush-B and also diluted tea tree oil. I rinse and gargle with Orithrush first thing upon waking and then do the tea tree oil later in the day. If those two alone doesn't make a dent in it (which I would be surprised), get some Daktarin miconazole oral gel from an overseas pharmacy and use that too on your tongue, three times a day, falling asleep with it in your mouth at night. I have reduced my tongue patches by 60-70% in the past week through this method, and if the progress continues it should all be gone.

ALSO, get a tongue scraper like this one, and use it every day, especially in the morning--VERY IMPORTANT!

btw, my tongue is not "coated," but rather actually has yeast/fungus rooted and growing in the middle and back of it, giving it a white furry look. So you can imagine how badly I am dying to get it back to normal!
