I am a week and a half into it now. While I have yet to feel any major 'die-off' per se, my gut feeling tells me that I am continuing to improve. Then again, I also just started eating a few cloves of raw garlic a day, taking Syntol (which is GREAT) and SF722. So as you can see, it's hard for me to narrow down what is working for me.

I am going to post again at the end of the 9-week lufenuron cycle as to how I feel, and will try eating some junk food as well as a test to see what happens.
