Yup. So far that's it. Just the book. I haven't noticed anything physical yet. But I do see emotional improvement. I might sign up for a few sessions over the phone just to get some tips.

Marsydotes and laughingdogs have been doing it longer. They are the ones who convinced me to try it.

Marsydotes mentioned that here thyroid labs improved and she got them to double check it was actually hers.

I'm still doing Buteyko at the same time. I'm due for a post on that. The cleansing reaction is calming down and my CP is starting to slowly increase. I'm in the 21- 22 range now. I was at 11 when I started at the end of February. Breathing much easier. Still needing less sleep.

Between the two, I'm quite hopeful. Feeling better in many ways. Mood...appearance... Having good morning erections almost every morning (sorry to add that in a post meant for ladies. But nothings makes us guys feel better.) Still a long way to go...but happy with the progress so far.
