-No; in Sea Salt you have chloride, not Chlorine which is a gas / halogen.
Chlorine is the negative ionic and chemically reacted/ reduced ('electron enriched or 'electron - saturated') form of chloride. Chlorine is more reactive chemically than chloride.
Chloride ion is an essential electrolyte for viable functioning of mammalian (including human) cells, AFAIK.
