I DON'T use Miracle-Mineral-Supplement , I've tried it but didn't see any real benefit. So I can't advise you on THAT. I make my own CS, but before that, I used Utopia-Silver . It's good stuff. Utopia is a sponsor of Curezone so if you call them and tell them you are a curezone member, they'll give you a buy one get one free deal the first time you order.
