Hola from Day 7...

What phase in your big cleanup are you? Are you still doing major work, or are you just doing maintenance at this point?

When I got the bulk of the work done, my periods became a BREEZE! Another thing, they were super RED, and odorless like I said. Pre-cleanup, I would have been terrified of menopause! What a blessing to have such an easy time of it (not that I didn't pay the dues).

You're doing good work, and your body will thank you! I know mine does...
