I truly understand what you are going through. I had undiagnosed Celiac Disease for most of my life. From your description you have maladsorbtion problems and are very toxic with pollutants and toxins. When I was in my 40's an ND gave me one of Hulda Clark 's books and I immediately started her programs so went from hardly being able to work to working almost full time. Now that I am gluten free the programs work much better. Many people use Dr. Bob Schultze's programs will success. Be sure you are tested for gluten sensitivity even if you have been tested before. Have the test for Lyme Disease also.

The first thing I did was Clark's parasite Program and Bowel program. I took lots of turmeric which helped lift the Depression and anxiety. If you are constipated take herbal laxatives, Cascara sagrada or Senna.
