You can utilize whatever you wish and whenever you wish, according to your instict. I used egg whites and yolks in the beginning of my flushes. I found the yolks to be more potent, but i passed toxins many times over, using the whole eggs as well. This is a matter of personal choice. Also, you may concider only yolks to make the drink tastier. Whites give it more of a slimey feel, which is not to be ignored.

You would want to drink something that you will ENJOY for many days!
