I went to the ER to be treated for a hemorrage caused by an incomplete miscarriage. My current hematocrit is 20.7. In addition, I was just diagnosed with Hashimoto's disease. I am assuming I need to concentrate on rebuilding my blood but I also want to figure out where to start regaining control of my thyroid. Please advise how best to rebuild my blood and what steps to take for my thyroid. Thanks.
