I am currently taking Dr. Shultz superfood every day which has 525% of my RDI value. I have yeast flakes which I like taking, and I love taking dessicated liver tablets. I just know that all 3 sources of these food is packed full of a ridiculous amount of B vitamins. Can I overdose on B vitamins if I get all of it from food?
