As Water posted, there are MANY potential reasons for vertigo.

Since allopathic medicine IS the first leading cause of death in the US ( //www.curezone.org/forums/fm.asp?i=1413289#i
), I don't recommend availing oneself to a system that kills more people in the US than anything else as someone's first "go to"...especially not when there are effective, easy & inexpensive natural cures that one can try (beneficial in other areas, too).

Cayenne (and Ginkgo)! It is very common for vertigo to be caused by 'lack of circulation' (even more common as we age). We tend to think of arteriosclerosis as being only the big arteries in our legs, arms and around our heart...but the build-up of a lifetime is in even the smallest veins & arteries (in our eyes & ears, and all the tiny ones throughout our brain). And this can easily cause a fluid imbalance and vertigo. This is why Cayenne (and Ginkgo) are very effective for vertigo...they increase circulation.

>>>BASTIS recommends eliminating all forms of toxic foods — inorganic salts, refined sugars, processed foods and beverages, dairy foods, and fatty meats — and adding some form of cayenne pepper to their diet, preferably by tincture on the tongue rather than in capsules, which have to go through the digestive tract.

We have had reports of the vertigo stopping within a few short minutes after one dose of approximately one teaspoon cayenne tincture in warm water. The vertigo usually does not return as long as the client continues taking a daily dose of cayenne pepper, unless the body's toxicity level increases again.

There is significant evidence that allopathic medications contribute to developing Ménière's disease. When the body reaches saturation level from too many toxic drugs, its "gyrocompass" fails, leading the patient to stagger and fall. Adding further medications to "help" the problem usually entails sedatives that barely allow the person to function at all.

Cayenne, on the other hand, opens up the neural pathways rapidly, allowing a rush of oxygen to flow throughout the entire body, often stopping a vertigo attack in its tracks. One client reported that she made her mother, who tends to have Ménière's attacks, take a dropper of cayenne tincture; within a few minutes, her mom’s ears were burning, but she didn't have the attack she had expected that evening. Her daughter excitedly told her that her circulation was working, that the cayenne had reached exactly where it knew it had to reach — where there was a blockage!<<<<

Of course, the benefits of Cayenne are IMMENSE (including being very effective for prostate/other cancers). Dr. Christopher made it part of his Mucusless Diet (working up to 1 teaspoon 3x daily), because Cayenne has so many benefits he knew it should be part of everyone's daily routine.

Cayenne tincture is much easier to get used to taking. (If not from us, be SURE the tincture is made with 100% organic peppers and that the HU (Heat Unit) rating is at LEAST 100,000. Initially when taking cayenne, there may be a 'rush of oxygen' to the head that causes a bit of dizziness temporarily (for some). Here's a good lil' post on how to start using cayenne: //www.curezone.org/forums/fm.asp?i=1235663#i

Even better yet? Cayenne AND Ginkgo! Ginkgo is well-known for increasing circulation to the brain, but when mixed with cayenne you can expect to see results in a few days rather than a few weeks.

And check out the wonderful array of benefits of Ginkgo (this herb prevented test animals from developing arterial blockage when they were trying to cause them to have it!).

Gingko (like cayenne) is well-known for curing vertigo issues. Again (especially since so much Ginkgo comes from China), be SURE it's 100% organic (and from the US).

We have ( Dr. Schulze s formula) Brain Formula available, as well. You can read about it here: http://healingtools.tripod.com/braintinc.html

(because of the Kola nut in this formula, it does contain a small amount of caffeine)

What do I suggest?

Either 4oz of Cayenne (#1) tincture and 4oz of Ginkgo tincture (at least 2 droppersful of each, 3x daily) or 8 oz of Brain Formula (4 droppersful 3x daily). Do that for a month - and if that doesn't provide relief, then do that again, but add Dr. Christopher's B&B routine (that was linked to in Water's post).

And of course everyone needs a thorough 30 day Colon Cleanse and work on the rest of the systems to address the root cause of the issues.

Blessings,

Uny
