Another issue confounding this study cited by naturalnews is countries use different definitions when counting infant mortality. The United States has the broadest definition by far. All these criteria can vary country to country and produce different counts which make comparison difficult:
> Stillbirths not counted as a death (U.S. does count them)
> Weight at birth (some countries don't count premature deaths under a certain weight)
> Some countries don't count prematures below certain length
> Defined age as "infant" can vary
Also - Almost half of infant deaths are babies born already in serious trouble like prematures who die within the first couple of days of life - BEFORE any vaccinations are given.
