Hello. So you take hydrocortisone too. What strength do you take? I've weaned down to 3mg. 3 times a day. When I first started on it just over a year ago, I took 5mg. 3 times a day and felt a big difference.
But, I really do not want to stay on this for over 2 years, as I want my own adrenals to pick up, but they have not yet, still struggling.

So, how long have you been on the LipoNano C? Have you tried other forms of C prior? Has the LipoNano C been a help for you? How have you tolerated it?
