i did the flush this morning and instead of an enema because i didn't have equipment i drank a litre of prune june. a few hours later.

well at first i felt normal everything was fine then the prune juice kicked in and i had to speed to the toilet and well it wasn't diarhea at first like i expected it was stony looking things but they were yellowy and tiny and reminded me of the shape of flukes some quite big peices to. they were pretty solid and floated and there was soo many! i was like wow. the energy isn't there yet but wow i feel it's doing good and this is only day one.

people should really try this cheap method i used olive oil cold pressed but after a week on olive oil ill try another oil. but ill keep you lot updated im also gonna start a paleolithic lifestyle now and quit my fear of eating some raw meat i mean i did fish! and it was yummy
